REDZ Blueway Flagship Project
Minister Heather Humphries launched the new Leitrim Tourism website and launched the REDZ Blueway Flagship Project, this evening in Carrick on Shannon.
The REDZ Blueway Flagship Project
Is a great example of 4 local authorities working together to the benefit of all their communities. The Blueways received funding from the Regional Economic Development Zone (REDZ) to develope the areas of Leitrim, Cavan, Roscommon and Longford and
this project helped the Blueways maximise its potential of providing tourism and recreation to the Upper North Shannon creating paddling, walking and cycling trails in Leitrim, Cavan, Roscommon and Longford.
