This morning at the official launch of the LEITRIM MEMORY CAFÉ,
we had a very personal & inspirational talk from Helen Rochford Brennan, (Chair of the National Dementia Working Group).

The Memory Café, at Cafe Paradiso, Carrick Cineplex, is a safe and relaxed place where people with dementia, Alzheimer’s or memory loss & their families can come together with health care staff to talk, share and learn.

The Memory Café takes place the last Tuesday of every month.

This initiative is a partnership between Breffni Family Resource Centre and St. Patrick’s Community Hospital Elder Care (Dementia) Unit.
